Physical Education Indoor Curriculum
This is a curriculum for homeschool indoor Physical Education, as well as a list of ideas for how to make your own equipment, and to save money. This curriculum will let you a complete Physical Education indoor curriculum (Physical Education for Homeschoolers,) a multi age and reusable plan for your whole family to enjoy. If you do not want to make or purchase any of these items, you can simply skip that week’s activity in the curriculum, and go on to the next one. If you want to make your own items, see the instructions, they will give you a complete list of “how to” make your own home made Physical Education equipment.
For this curriculum to be fully effective, you will need to do one activity 3-4 times during the week (this will mean that you could possible stretch this out to cover a full YEAR, just inside!) Choose one activity that you want to focus on during that time period, and perform it for at least 30 minutes. You can pick and choose activities to focus on by what equipment or space you have available, or what the children’s interests are.
